Brossard Frozen Pastry Production Facility
Brossard's frozen pastry production facility in Castelsarrasin, France, required a new production unit to bring it up to modern standards. Working closely with Brossard, we designed and built a new 7,000 m2 production unit on the original site in accordance with the industry's latest food sanitation rules. We completed construction and moved the existing production lines into the new building in only six months, with no interruption to the production process during construction. Client: Brossard

Kermené's Meat Product Processing Plants
Our engineers have been working at Kermené's meat product processing plants throughout France for 20 years. In 2005 alone, they reconfigured a plant and completed a bacteriological analysis laboratory in Collinée, and finished building a new plant in Saint-Léry. Client: Kermené

Commensal wanted to improve its manufacturing performance with the identification of productivity projects requiring little or no capital. Broken glass detection
Our client wished to improve its broken glass detection system, critical for its operations. In addition to quality insurance, the system needed to be reliable and to eliminate the 10% line stoppages it was causing. SNC-Lavalin Agro replaced the technology used for breakage detection, reprogrammed the system, and added a control via HMI up to Diageo satisfaction. Client: Diageo
